Board Meetings

Meetings of the Hoag Library Board of Trustees are open to the public and are typically held at
7:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month in one of the library's meeting rooms, unless otherwise noted.

The Board of Trustees does not hold regularly scheduled meetings in January or July. In May, the Board conducts its Annual Meeting on the first Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in lieu of the regularly scheduled second Wednesday meeting.

Special meetings may be called as needed in accordance with library bylaws and applicable laws. Notices of special meetings will be posted as required.
